Payments

Payments are accepted exclusively through the following methods:

Paypal

Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via the secure payment gateway STRIPE. All major cards are accepted (Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, MasterCard, etc.). Transactions are completely secure and credit card data is transmitted via an encrypted connection.

Direct PostePay top-up: In the case of payment via PostePay top-up, the customer will receive the necessary details by email at the time of ordering. The top-up can be done at any post office, lottery, tobacconist or affiliated point.

Cash on delivery: If you choose to pay cash on delivery, you will have to pay cash directly to the courier upon delivery. This method is only available in cash and has an additional cost of 5.00 euros for the service. The cost will be shown during checkout.

Bank Transfer: For payment by bank transfer, the bank details will be sent by email at the time of ordering. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed only after confirmation of the crediting of the amount to our bank account. Payment must be made within 2 working days from the date of the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. It is appreciated if the receipt of the transfer is sent by email and it is recommended to indicate the order number in the subject of the transfer to speed up the process.
