Shipping

Shipments are made via express courier, usually via SDA, and are available throughout the country. If you wish to further protect the shipped goods, you can take out additional insurance, but this must be requested before finalizing the purchase. The cost of insurance varies based on the value of the product purchased.

The shipping cost is determined based on the "volumetric weight", which takes into account both the dimensions of the package and its actual weight. During the purchase, the system will automatically calculate the cost based on the volumetric weight, which are divided into three bands

  • Small packages (less than 5 kg): 7 euros
  • Medium packages (between 5 and 10 kg): 10 euros
  • Heavy packages (over 10 kg): 25 euros

If you purchase products from different categories, the system will calculate any additional costs when finalizing the order.

We cannot guarantee that the courier will notify you before delivery, but we will make sure to provide your contact telephone number when placing your order.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the status of the shipment and know when the delivery will be made. We suggest you indicate an address where someone can collect the package.

Delivery dates are purely indicative and may be subject to change, therefore they are not to be considered binding. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier, nor for damages that these delays may cause. By accepting these conditions, the customer releases our company from any responsibility in this regard.

Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the transport document and that the packaging is intact. In the event of visible damage, the customer must sign the delivery document with the wording "Reserve for Control" and specify the reason for the damage. It is essential to send an email within 24 hours to report the anomaly. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept claims relating to damage or discrepancies in the shipment.
